Beautiful Dessert With Les Patisseries

A beautiful cafe that serve French delicacies of freshly baked bread and exceptionally designed pastries, tarts, cakes and many more. I am amazed with the beautiful and Instagram worthy dessert and at the same time it is delicious. This cafe is no other than "Les Patisseries"

Les Patisseries is located at the food stretch of Upper Thomson, the place where it is well known for Salted Caramel/Midnight Prata & Supper. Other than serving desserts they also produce breakfast, pasta, salad, small bites and many more, it is a place where you can definitely have food and dessert together.

Entire cafe is pretty spacious and and modern, they have long tables which catered for big groups, family and friends, and also private two seaters are available for couples who wants a little more privacy. A glass shelf showcasing their daily french pastries and you will be lure by it. All their desserts look so instagram worthy and beautiful, I am so tempted for it.

During our visit we skipped the main menu as we had dinner before we visit them, being conservative we go for a tea for 2, a tarte and their signature popular waffle.

Dulcet Hazelnut Tarte, SGD $9

The first mouth when I taste this it reminds me of Nutella, a strong hazelnut smell will be spread across your mouth. It is extremely fragrance, crispy and flavorful, the only down side is that it is a little sweeter than what I expected therefore encourage to share this or you might feel sick of it soon. Overall, it is really good with combination of clippers tea.

Waffles - Chocolate Indulgence, SGD $15.90

Double chocolate chip Waffle, double scoop of ice cream (You get to pick your own flavors) and topped with chocolate sauce, berries and Macaron. I would highly recommend this dish to people who love waffles but yet don't like it being too sweet, this will be perfect for you. Even combining the waffles, chocolate sauce and Ice-cream in one mouth it is within the acceptable sweetness level, the chocolate is rich and a little bitter sweet feeling and we love this so much. The only down point is that some of the berries is not fresh and sweet enough but well for me I will just skip the fruits.

Clippers Tea - English Breakfast Tea, SGD $5.50

The usual tea that you get from Clippers, I would recommend this if you are here for desserts. At least you feel less sinful, hehe. :)

Overall Rating: Food: 4/5 Price: 3/5 (Slightly pricing for main and for certain desserts, but well cafe what can you expect right) Ambience: 3.5/5 I would love to be back to try their mains, and well right opposite them have a full stretch of cafe/food too.
