Days where I need to meet my boyfriend at his office area i would require to take a train and change a bus in order to reach, sometimes it pretty troublesome as I need to change here there. :(
Having a good application is really important during such days because i hate waiting for buses, so i always pre check my bus arrival time when I am on train so i can guage my walking speed towards the bus stop🙊
Previously I use SBS transit application to check on my bus timing, most of the time SBS transit is either not accurate or i need to keep refreshing the application as they only provide maximum 2 bus timing at one go, sometimes i get really annoyed with it to keep closing and opening it again. Right now, they offer three bus arrival time slot, I just need to check once, I usually screenshot it and estimate my train duration, walk over to bus stop, I don't even need to refresh it again because I have more than 2 chances to catch my bus!

luckily I manage to get to the bus stop on time however never ever thought that I would miss the bus because it is flooded with people.

At that moment I was thinking why can't they have alerts to inform passengers if they are fully occupied or so, at least I don't waste energy chasing after buses that I couldn't board up right? However till now no application is able to alert whether the bus is full or not but what you can do is to calculate possibility through application when they inform you the size of the bus (Double or Single Deck). This allow you to estimate how many pax they can ferry each time and calculate possibility for you to get up on a bus each time, the type of bus will locate right below the duration of next arrival bus!
Fourth Factor:
Being notify when you need to alight, say no to overshot stops!
Sometimes I can be a road Idiot, especially travelling to places where I am not familiar at one. I usually turn on Google Map & SBS transit application together, when the moving icon is getting close to my destination I will just press the bell and alight and well sometimes I overshot or even alight too early. Back then that was the only choice for you or probably you have to stand beside the driver and keep asking them when to alight.
However I am amazed with the new invention from SG Busleh, to my surprise it is able to inform you when you need to alight and ensure you will not miss your stop. You just need to turn on the application and wait for the arrow/notification to inform you to alight. Save time and trouble, now you don't need to keep staring on google map to track alighting point like me!
