The Great Food Festival 2017 - 21st Sep - 24 Sep 2017

I believe your social media will be flooded with the news of the latest Food Festival at Resort World Sentosa. The Great Food Festival 2017 is held on 21st September to 24 September at Resort World Sentosa, separated into 3 different areas Star Chef Arena, Heritage Lane & Rollin Sweet Times.

Star Chef Arena, located at Bull Ring Level 1

The biggest collection of Michelin-starred and award-winning chefs presenting over 50 dishes.

However this is a ticketed area, you need an Experience Pack to enter. Each Experience Pack is $78 with $36 credits to spend at Star Chef Arena and $10 to spend at Rollin' Sweet Times.

Entry is available to buy Lunch or Dinner you choose to purchase, dishes start from $10, Credit Card and coupons is usable at all booths.

Heritage Lane, located at Forum Level B1

Free admission area, Savour with the most authentic and must-try traditional dishes from over 10 cuisines. Dishes start from $6 and above, both Credit card and coupon is usable at all booth. Starting from 11am to 10pm you can eat till you full.

Rollin Sweet Times, located Resort World Convention Level B2

Satisfy your sweet tooth at Asia’s largest dessert and pastry showcase, however this is a ticketed area too, you need to either have an Experience Pack or a Rollin' Sweet Times Pass.

Rollin' Sweet Times Pass is at $22 with $10 credits to spend at Rollin' Sweet Times Dessert. Instagram worthy desserts start from $4, payment method is with credit card and event coupons. Desserts will be available from 11am - 10pm, go get your beautiful dessert now!

For myself, we only made our trip for Rollin Sweet Times Event to explore Instagram worthy dessert.

More than 30 brands from local and international participated in 2017 Food Festival, some of them are popular Singapore Cafe. It is definitely perfect to get all different brand dessert eat one place.

Other than food, there is cake baking/decoration session and bubble mania playground for all guest.

Chocolate Dome Mousse Cake, $8 Each Available in different flavours such as Chocolate, Earl Grey, Matcha, Strawberry and many more.

Super cute and instagram worthy cake, they will definitely attract you from far. Too cute to say no, however price is a little steep. Penguin - Earl Grey, Bear - Chocolate.

Earl Grey mousse cake with sponge cake at the bottom, a little too strong of earl grey taste and mousse not smooth enough in my opinion. Chocolate bear taste better, with mousse, oreo and sponge cake, Fatty love the chocolate one.

Unicorn Cake & Milky Way Cake, the best seller in Boufe Cafe.

Milky Way, $8

Super beautiful chocolate galaxy gauche over fruity sponge cake.

Chocolate Galaxy Gauche feels like white chocolate adding of colours, sponge cake is fruity and refreshing. I kind of like the inner cake but outer coated chocolate gauche is a little too sweet for my liking.

Unicorn Cake $8,

Super beautiful and cute. Tell me how to miss out unicorn dessert right!

The white unicorn skin feels like pudding and mango taste in the inner layer, entire combination taste like Mango Pudding Cake. Pretty unique, but you might feel weird beginning but after a few mouth it got better.

Brand: Black Star Pastry

Japanese Forest Cake, $8

Overwhelming Rum Taste, it feels like cherries are also soaked in Rum. Moist and soft, mixing with Dark Chocolate and Cherries is really a good match. Rum lover will love this, definitely a quality cake.

Brand: Milk Bites

To my surprise this turn out to be so good, but you got to eat it while it's hot or it might be a little too milky. Super smooth and soft original Milk taste, crispy on the outside and soft inside, mixing with Ice-cream feels really good. Kind of reminds me of Fried Mars Ball from Chippy! Yummy!

Brand: Dark Gallery

Frozen Smores, $8

Homemade Marshmallow with a centre cube of Signature 80% dark chocolate Ice-cream covered with Graham crumbs, torched upon order.

Marshmallow outer layer is a little too thick for my liking, however dark chocolate ice-cream is fantastic. We totally take out the Marshmallow and finished the Ice-cream.

Ice Chocolate, $8

66% Chocolate Drink, a quality one however as chocolate exceeding 50% make it too thick as a drink. When it's thick, it feels bitter as a chocolate drink. Maybe just not to our liking.
