Food At Turi Beach Resort

Indonesian Style Zichar & Japanese Teppanyaki, even better than Singapore.

We had our first meal at Taming Sari, an Indonesian style Zichar for Lunch after we arrived at Turi Beach.

Taming Sari Cafe serve Ala Carte and buffet style menu which involve Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, so you will always have plenty of choice at Turi Beach.

Traditional Seaweed Soup

Salad of the day,

Zichar Style Lunch, which consist of Lemon Orange Chicken, Sweet & Sour Fish, Black Pepper Beef and Squid & Mix Vegetable. This totally remind me of Singapore Family Zichar style, you get to choose what you like and pick the right amount for yourself.

Mix Vegetable which have Broccoli, Cabbages, Baby Sweet corn & Mushroom.

Black Pepper Beef & Squid, beef is well marinated and not too peppery, I am never a fan of squid so I took more beef instead, the taste is definitely better than average zichar store in Singapore!

Lemon Orange Chicken, unlike the usual Singapore Zichar Style Lemon chicken this is slightly dry version of it but yet the chicken is still so crispy and refreshing. I love this the most, highly recommended.

Fruits Platter to end the entire meal, so down to earth and Singaporean style, I love it!

Overview, the food is exactly like the place, where bring you closer to nature and down to earth food. If I had never visited Singapore, this is definitely a great place for me to feel Singapore/Down to earth. Ambience: 4/5 (Fantastic Sea View) Taste: 3.5/5 (Some dishes are way better than Singapore Zichar Store) Worth it: 3/5 (Worth the experience and with beautiful scenery make your food taste even better)

If you are never a fan of Singapore/Indonesian Food, you can also visit Nogusaya, which serves Japanese Teppanyaki and Grill. For this entire meal it is not sponsored and it is up to my own wish to try them and I would say this is amazingly good and worth the money!

They offering a visual and gastronomic treat as the Chef do live cooking right infant of you and serve them hot. The only down part is that your clothes will filled with yummy teppanyaki smell after your meals, but worth it for such delicious food!

Yakitori, skewers of chicken fillet dipped in BBQ sauce serving with French Fries and potatoes,

RP 150.000

We ordered Imported Salmon Loin, Rp 240.000 & New Zealand Sirloin Rp 240.000.

All teppanyaki meal comes with mixed salad, miso soup, stir-fried vegetables, your choice of fried rice or noodles and dessert. Price range from Rp 180.000 - Rp 400.00, depending on your choice of main dish.

Imported Salmon Loin, Salmon was fresh and portion was just right. I was half watching the chef live cooking and sallow my saliva because it smell damn good and make us so hungry.

New Zealand Sirloin, well controlled fire temperature and texture was just right.

Nothing to complain for such pricing, probably you can never get this standard for such affordable pricing in Singapore.

Thank you Turi Beach for the great stay & great food.

I will definitely be back, am missing this place so much.
