Korean Superfood Desserts: Black Froyo - Kokopanda

Korean Superfood Dessert, Came by this new store grand opening at Plaza Singapura. I totally got attracted by this Charcoal/Black Icecream/Froyo from pictures and designs, so decided to give it a shot to take a try.

And the taste result came out to be so unexpected.

Kokopanda was opened on 16th December 2016 at Plaza Singapura, at first i thought they will be similar to be LlaoLlao and how are they going to attract the crowd and so, however after first taste test I am pretty amazed and I found their unique selling point.

Kokopanda served soft serve/froyo & beverages.

Soft serve comes in 3 different types for you to choose, you can either pick Full Black/Charcoal Froyo, White Soft Serve or Mixed/Twist of Froyo & Soft Serve.

You will required to pick 3 toppings from the bar counter, most toppings are healthy food liked dried fruits, healthy nuts, bubble jellies and stuff which you don't really get to see at Yoguru/Yami Yogurt or even Llaollao.

Dried fruits like dried strawberries, apple, pear, orange, lemon and a few more, probably they need to label to let people know what is all those displayed toppings.

Caramelised cookies, nuts and more bubble jellies.

My personal pick, Charcoal Froyo with Dried Strawberries, Pear & Caramelised Cookies, recommended by staff at Kokopanda, SGD $5.90

I love how the froyo is, comparing to Llaollao it is more like yogurt than soft serve which you feels healthier and less fattening I guess. Dried strawberries was so much sour as compare to the normal fresh strawberries but I love the dried pear it taste so so good and matching all froyo, dried fruits, the crunchy topping at the bottom it was totally a pretty good one.
