Pplatesg was founded by 3 pretty sisters, who say pretty girls can't bake right!

Stephy(First Lady From The Right) the chief baker and also the scientist started out 10 years ago by using premixed marble cakes to do baking however she realise that the quality was bad and the cake turns out to be extremely hard.

So She decided to work hard and explore the real baking, despite lots of errors in this journey she did not give up and she even pick up more classes and bake more stuff as practices.

With her determination and effort, finally she succeeded in discovering her own recipe and baking methods and Pplatesg was then launched and established in Christmas 2015 started selling Brownies and Cookies through events/flea markets and receive lots of compliments and words of mouth advertisement to attract crowds.

Look at Stephy's creation over this period of time, all her artwork and art piece.

Practice indeed make things better.

So just last week I met up with Stephy and she baked a series of food for me to try.

Let see what she have gotten me last week, Brownies, Earl Grey Cookies & Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Chocolate Chip Cookies.

I would mark this being the best cookie I ever tasted, the first bite immediately reminds me of Famous Amos, it is so addictive and I just keep popping the cookies into my mouth while taking pictures. Too delicious to resist and best of all it is way much more affordable compare to Famous Amos. I am so gonna get this as Christmas Gifts for my friends. <3

Special Bake - Earl Grey Cookies

This is a new creation from Stephy and she decided to get some for me to try, not too strong of earl grey taste, for people who like something light, this is a pretty good choice, light and tea fragrance cookies. But still prefer chocolate chip over this.

Soft and moist chocolate bite size brownies, sweetness is well controlled not too sweet for my liking and not too chocolatey. Good idea of sharing with your colleagues during Christmas season.

*Recommended to leave it outside room temperature to prevent brownies from getting hard.
