Pokemon Research Exhibition @ Sea Aquarium,

everyone seems to grow up with Pokemon regardless what age it is.

It had been trending since August (If i am not wrong) because of the release of Pokemon go game on phones. So many things revolve around Pokemon and how can we not visit this one of latest in trend exhibition.

During one weekend, Fatty & I decided to visit and have a full experience of this super trendy research exhibition, first time outside Japan, so well, how can we miss this right.

This event starts on 22 October 2016 - 2 January 2017, where you see it attracts people of different age.

This event is located inside of Sea Aquarium, to get to enter to this exhibition, you are required to purchase Sea Aquarium ticket and another separate tickets for Pokemon exhibition.

Let's go for our Research Tour,

Main Objective is to guess the pokemon that you have picked from the beginning.

You will be brief by all the staff there, your mission for this research exhibition is to identify and figure out what pokemon is inside the pokeball you have chosen.

Out of 8 stations, you are only allowed to visit 4 stations and using the clues given by the stations to guess your pokemon.

There is three different difficulty level, Regular Course - Pokeball

Difficult Course - Greatball

Extra Difficult Course - Ultraball

So well, being someone who played Pokemon Go,

Fatty & I picked Ultraball and we proceed to play the games and look for clues.

Station 1 - Footprint Collector

Check on the footprint of your pokemon, check out on toes/claws if they have any through this station.

Station 2 - Silhouette Shooter Reveal the Silhouette of your Pokemon, your Pokemon look from the top view.

This is our first stop for clue, so we take turn to place our ultraball on the sensor.

AND FUNNY THING HAPPEN..

WE REALISE WE HAVE THE SAME POKEMON TOP VIEW, SO WE ARE LIKE HIGHLY SUSPECT DID BOTH OF US HAVE THE SAME POKEMON?!

Conversation of us goes:

Fatty:

Eh, why we got same one uh, did we get same pokemon uh!

I THINK SURE SAME LO, IMPOSSIBLE BOTH SAME PICTURE

Me:

Really meh, got so so "lucky" not, I picked my own ball and the person choose for you then still same meh, I cannot believe leh!

Fatty:

Like that hor, since got 8 stations, each ball can play 4 stations, you take 4 I take another 4 la, then we can complete all 8.

Me:

I immediately laugh, fatty is damn smart to thought of that.

So I suggested, I think we clear 4 of yours first, then we try mine.

Station 3 - Outline Shooter Reveal the Pokemon outline shape from the front, you need to use some physical energy to step more on the board and exchange to reveal more of your Pokemon Shape.

Station 4 - Facial Enlarger (Our Second Station) Zoom in view of the facial shape/colour of your Pokemon, you can swipe around the screen to see the face details.

Station 5 - Height Gauge Reveal your Pokemon's Height, you can always refer to Pokedex for reference.

Station 6 - Weight Gauge Reveal your Pokemon's weight, as usual you can refer to Pokedex for reference.

Station 7 - Appearance Analyzer (Our Third Station) Description of your Pokemon Appearance, such as colour, shape, special features and characteristic.

Station 8 - Cry Analyzer

Listen to your Pokemon's cry to make a guess, to Fatty & I we think this will be pretty tough so we skip this. We won't know all the sound that all Pokemon make, so we literally skip and don't consider this.

By clearing three stations, Fatty was so confident to walk to Pokedex Gallery and start referring to the wall to look for answers, there is so many pokemon that I don't even know. This is a combination of different series, so its okay to not know right. :/

So Fatty think that Houndour is his pokemon, so we decided to pick up my ultra ball and test one more round. AND WE FINALLY CONCLUDE, WE ARE SO LUCKY, WE HAVE THE SAME POKEMON INSIDE OUR POKEBALL. *HAHAHAHAHA, SO FUNNY & 'LUCKY' LA.*

Pokedex Gallery area are filled with different air pump pokemon for photo taking, and you will spot Professor Pikachu walking around here too.
